We use information to review cutting-tool applications, prepare quotations, answer technical or commercial questions, coordinate samples and orders, maintain business records, protect the website and improve its content. We do not use submitted drawings for unrelated marketing.

Inquiry Forms and Files

When you submit an inquiry, the website sends the information you entered to our server and saves a private inquiry record for follow-up. If you attach a file, it is stored with the request for review. Please do not upload information that you are not authorized to share. Sharing and International Processing

When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits and inquiry actions. If separately configured and accepted, Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page interactions with form content masked. These providers may process browser, device and network information, including IP addresses, under their own policies and in other countries. We do not send inquiry contact details, request text or attached files as analytics event parameters. Masking must be verified before session replay is enabled.
